Live Workshop: Trending Bazaar Food Items

On October 17, 2026, approximately 40 food entrepreneurs gathered at Yan Yan Baking + Culinary to learn how to make various food items that sell and trend at bazaars.

YanYan Commercial, represented by its Retail Operations Manager, Danalyn Peralta, served as the host as an act to further fulfill a wing of its role in the food retail industry: to conduct baking demos focused on cost-effective recipes for small businesses.

Chef Ronald, being a professional with years of experience as a baking instructor and research and development consultant, taught also how one’s cooking or baking plays a big factor in gaining and retaining customers. Primarily, this pertains to the use of ingredients in terms of quality, creativity, and quantity—creating a unique formula is what makes one’s baked goods truly stand out and become sought after by customers participating in bazaars.

The baking workshop was divided into two sessions; the morning session demonstrating half of the recipes including Pinoy Mango-Cheese Pie, Banana Nut Muffins, Coffee While Chocolate Chip Cookies, and Ube Chocolate Chips Bar, while the afternoon session covered Basic Soft Dough, Cheesy Pimiento Buns, Pineapple Buns (Polo Bao), and Salty Buttered Bread.

Bakerlux Arianna Touch by Unox

To produce food items that sell out fast, recipes need to be executed not only by skills but by excellent equipment. Using Unox Arianna Touch oven was the main highlight of the demo, introducing a highly efficient tool that was specifically made for bakers and food business owners.

Chef Alphie Tabuzo, Marketing Development Specialist of Unox Philippines, gave the audience a tour of the features and capabilities of Arianna Touch, or, in technical terms, the BAKERLUX SHOP.Pro™ TOUCH.

The Unox Arianna Touch convection oven features an interface panel that allows users to program and save up to 99 menu items. It also monitors airflow and baking with an optimized fan heating with multiple fan speeds and circular heating elements to ensure even baking without needing to rotate trays.

For those who like to prepare food in advance in response to bulk and rush orders, the Arianna Touch features CLIMALUX and DRY.Plus technologies to control moisture. This manages humidity and prevents baked goods from coming out soggy.

The oven holds 4 trays measuring 460 x 330 mm and can be included upon purchase.

The Partnership with YanYan Baking + Culinary
