Heredar is a women-led social enterprise rooted in family, heritage and deep commitment to preserving Filipino culinary traditions. The name "Heredar", which means "to inherit", reflects the heart of our brand-honoring the recipes, values and traditions lovingly passed down through generations.

Our story began in Albay, where our family's journey with cacao started through our maternal grandfather's cacao farm and our maternal grandmother's treasured tablea recipe. Their passion for cultivating quality cacao and preparing authentic Filipino hot chocolate inspired the next generation to continue their legacy. Today, Heredar proudly transform this family heritage into premium food products that celebrate the rich agricultural bounty of Albay. Established during the pandemic, Heredar started as a small home-based business with simple mission: to create high-quality, all natural Filipino products while supporting local farmers and promoting fair trade. What began by selling to neighbors and friends has steadily grown into a proud Filipino brand featured in pop-up bazaars and hospitality partners such as Seda Hotel Vertis North.

Our products-including Pure and Sweetened Tablea de Cacao, Pure and Sweetened Cacao Powder and Original, Spiced and Garlic Coconut Sap Vinegar- are made from carefully selected ingredients sourced from the fertile volcanic soil of Albay. We produce in small batches without artificial flavors, preservatives or extenders, alloeing the natural quality of our ingredients to shine through.
Beyond creating premium food products, Heredar is committed to creating meaningful impact. We work directly with partners farmers, promoting fair trade practices that help strengthen rural luvilihood opportunites for more women providing meaningful employment.
